Where our products come from
We are a small online shop run from Melbourne, Australia. We don't manufacture: every product comes from specialist fingerboard workshops and suppliers (mostly in China) and ships to you directly from them, which is why delivery takes 7–14 business days.
We choose what goes in the catalogue, write every product page and build guide ourselves, and handle all customer service and returns directly. We don't claim to make anything we don't make, and where a product is a collaboration or a named brand, the product page says so.
What to expect when you order
- All prices are in US dollars (USD), charged by Stripe.
- Shipping is $12.95 USD flat, free on orders over $50 USD.
- Delivery takes 7–14 business days, with a tracking link emailed when your order ships.
